The atmosphere of the group is warm and friendly, and Helen is friendly and welcoming from the start. I came to Helen's Pilates classes to try to keep flexible, agile and it gives me a sense of calm. I benefit from feeling more flexible, less stiff, sleeping better on the nights I do class, and generally feeling quite calm and relaxed.

I was suffering with lower back pain so started coming to Helen's Pilates classes and I was hooked! I think it’s brilliant. It’s so good because you really see and feel the benefits quite quickly. I’ve got a waist again since doing Pilates! I’ve heard others say the same thing. I’ve also noticed my balanced has improved which helps me in the garden.

I loved the Pilates classes! Everyone seemed friendly and it was a relaxed friendly class, and lovely meeting Helen. I walked home feeling taller and more relaxed, I feel the class will help me generally with posture etc especially as I sit alot! Honestly, I felt great after the class.

I LOVE Pilates because it's relaxing, relieves aches and pain and helps to keep me strong. So I can get on with all the things I love; gardening, carrying my 4 year old son around (well sometimes! :-) ), walking and going to the gym!
